Roundtable: Measuring the economic potential of PSI re-use.

Mildo van Staden. Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, Netherlands.
Mildo van Staden works as research advisor at the Staff Unit Strategy & Research of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations in the Netherlands since 1 January 2009.
His core task is to contribute to a more evidence-based policymaking at the Ministry. He identifies research themes and coordinates research activities carried out by external parties (consultancy, universities).
He holds expertise in the area of ICT and innovation policy in the public sector. Before his appointment at the Ministry, he worked as researcher for TNO – Strategy, Innovation and Policy. TNO is the largest independent organisation for applied scientific research in the area of technology.
In the upcoming months, the Ministry is exploring the pros and cons of a new policy program “Open Government”.
The Staff Unit will provide evidence-based material that could be helpful to develop useful perspectives for an Open Government policy framework.

Civil Servant of Agricultural Engineers group of the Spanish Ministry of Finances from 1988. Master in Political and Economic Organization of European Union (University of Madrid) She has worked 21 years in the Spanish General Directorate for Cadastre in several technical and management task, with increasing responsibility degree, and since February 2007 she occupies the position of International Affairs Coordinator.
She has profound knowledge of Cadastral database, graphic and literal, of Cadastral GIS and of Spanish Cadastre Virtual Office. This knowledge derives of the proper execution of her responsibilities and from courses and congresses she took part in. In the last years as International Affairs Coordinator She has participated in the meetings of EuroGeographic, Permanent Committees on the Cadastre in the European Union (PCC) and in Latin America (CPCI), and of the European Commission as representative of the Spanish Directorate General for Cadastre.
She has participated in the elaboration of the Cadastral Parcel Data Specifications of INSPIRE as Spanish Cadastre Expert in the thematic working group and in the ISO 19 152 “Land Administration Domain Model” working group.
