Regulations
The current regulations on the Re-use of Public Sector Information are based upon Law 37/2007 about the Re-use of Public Sector Information, which implements the EC Directive to the national law and enshrines the basic principles regarding the Re-use of documents issued or kept by Public Sector Bodies or Administrations.

NOTE: The consolidated texts are embodied into a single text: the essential instruments of the regulation and its subsequent modifications and amendments. However, it lacks legal value since they are not official releases.
